A split-bill brought to you by Isabelle Farah and Karen Hobbs. Two comedians who aren't afraid to say that tragedy + time = comedy invite you to spend an honest and hilarious hour in their worlds.
Isabelle Farah is a British-Lebanese actor, writer, and comedian. She was a semi-finalist in the Funny Women Awards 2018, 2Northdown New Act Competition 2019, and a quarter finalist in the Leicester Square New Comedian of the Year 2018. TV appearances include various wenches, murderers, and naughty maids and a short stint as a Glazed Ham in a crisp commercial. Isabelle is excellent at making scrambled eggs and can say "I'll have a large glass of red" in 17 languages.
"Original. Love it...Your so witty. It is difficult. Comedy is dead and your proving it." Internet Troll, 2019.
Karen Hobbs is the number one fan of her vagina. She was diagnosed with cervical cancer at 24, and now writes and performs comedy about the whole debacle. She has been interviewed by BBC Radio 1, Radio 4 Woman's Hour, Radio 5 Live, Sky News, London Live and The Evening Standard, taking every opportunity to talk about signs, symptoms and squash the stigma that surrounds having a disease in between your legs. Karen also works for gynae cancer charity The Eve Appeal, because she's a good person.
