Three professional comedians who are all married do new material on themes of love, family, marriage and relationships. Each comedian will perform an excerpt of their new shows heading to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival 2020.
Wendy Wason: "Actual Human Female"
Wendy Wason is an actual human female. With a husband and three children she deals with all this entails on a daily basis. From jealousy to judgement, feminism to fear and health to humiliation – and that’s just the school run. In her 6th one-woman show she explores these themes with her usual charming, caustic wit.
Diane Spencer: "Show 9"
Part-biography and part excellent comedic writing. Diane is a freshly married woman, with rather filthy mind. Outrageous, refreshingly honest, Diane's naivety helps her navigate the world of relationships and sex.
Kevin Shepherd: "If you knew what I knew"
Sharp writing and cutting social insight, Kevin has married, had kids, divorced and remarried as the world around him changes and becomes more woke. Satirical and full of laugh out loud moments, this is Kev's best show yet.
