GLENN MOORE

Edinburgh Comedy Award nominee Glenn Moore is a comedian, actor and one of the best and most prolific joke writers in the country.

He is a regular face on TV, having appeared on Mock The Week, Rob Delaney’s Stand Up Central and The Stand Up Sketch Show and can also be heard daily as one quarter of The Dave Berry Breakfast Show on Absolute Radio, the UK’s biggest commercial radio breakfast show.

His critically-acclaimed stand-up show ‘Glenn, Glenn, Glenn, How Do You Like It, How Do You Like It’ was nominated for the Edinburgh Comedy Award, entirely unsurprising as it was packed full of beautifully crafted, inventive, intelligent and very silly gags.

“The best showcase of pure joke-writing skill on the Fringe." The Guardian

“A prolific writer of clever, distinctive gags. Brilliantly original punchlines. Chortle

“This is a comedian putting others to shame. A stunningly well-crafted show." The List

“Exquisitely-crafted gags." Evening Standard

KATIE PRITCHARD

An absurdly multi-talented actress, musician and comedian, Katie overwhelms audience with her charm, talent and superb singing voice. She has worked on the West End, Number 1 UK Tours, performed at regional venues, host her own radio sketch show “Literally Comedy” – the only show to be set in her very imaginary bookshop…?!, has written for hit show NewsRevue and is the guitarist in award-winning all-girl Rock’n’Roll band The Daisy Chains (Winners of The London Vintage Awards, Finalists of The National Vintage Awards).

"Inventive and hilarious." Broadway Baby

THOM TUCK

Thom Tuck is a comedian and actor whose breakthrough show Thom Tuck Goes Straight to DVD was nominated for Best Newcomer at the Fosters Comedy Award (2011), toured nationwide and was broadcast by the BBC. Thom found comedy success with The Penny Dreadfuls, particularly on Radio 4, where he also hosts Sketchorama. As an actor he has numerous television credits, including performances in Babylon (directed by Danny Boyle) and Drifters (both Channel 4).

“Brilliant….wonderfully entertaining.” Chortle

“A seductive experience.” The Guardian

PETER FLANAGAN

Peter is one of a seemingly endless line of natural Irish talent that has taken up home in London. A grand, straight ahead gag teller in the classic mould, he's lighting up every big room he plays.

“Been rocking Dublin audiences for the past few years. If you like one-liners, this guy is for you.” Aidan Bishop, the International Comedy Club Dublin

ERIKA EHLER

Erika’s razor-sharp, dark and visceral writing paired with precise delivery makes her one of the most exciting young comedians on the circuit. Originally from Toronto, Canada, Erika now lives in the UK after completing the Comedy Writing and Performance Program at Salford University.

In 2019, she was crowned winner of the Chortle Student Comedy Award, was the recipient of the Mike Craig Comedy Award, and the Hot Water Roast Battle Champion. She has performed at the Edinburgh Fringe, Latitude Festival, and the Toronto Sketch Festival. Erika has recently written for the upcoming fourth series of Comedy Central’s Roast Battle.

AND YOUR RESIDENT HOST:

BEN VAN DER VELDE

One of the quickest wits around and a much-loved compere, he always brings a jam-packed back of nonsense, silliness and wisecracks to every gig he hosts.

"Sharp and crafty gagsmith, a life-giving compere." Chortle

"Wonderfully improvised riffs showcasing his impressive spontaneity and sharp tongue." Edinburgh Festivals Magazine
