DAVE LONGLEY HEADLINING!

“A uniquely fascinating act… A must see”– Steve Bennet

David Longley is a difficult comedian to define; on the one hand, abrasive, crude and insulting and on the other, articulate, intelligent and disarmingly funny. Longley’s towering stage presence and intensity, combined with his cutting wit have made him one of the most popular and controversial circuit comics in the UK, whether it’s doling out thought-provoking insights or reveling in toilet humour, Longley is a gifted wordsmith with great audience interaction skills. David has a humble silliness which ingratiates him to audiences, he delivers deadpan accounts of his everyday life which are shockingly honest, well considered and divinely funny, maintaining a rapport with the audience that is at once edgy and accessible, engaging the whole room.

SPRING DAY OPENING!!

Spring Day is a New York stand-up comedian, writer and actor previously based in Tokyo, Japan and is currently working in the U.K.

Spring Day was voted Brooklyn’s Best Comedian 2016. Her uniquely sharp, dark, bubbly and often brutal style of comedy is always a crowd pleaser you don't want to miss.

A fluent Japanese speaker and a mild cerebral palsy haver, Spring has been headlining at the Tokyo Comedy Store since 2002. She has also been performing all over the world since opening for Japanese comedian Zenjiro at the Melbourne Comedy Festival in 2004.

She has written, produced, directed and performed five solo shows at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival since 2010. Spring has also performed at various clubs in London, Manchester, Dublin, Los Angeles, New York and Paris. She was featured in the 2008 documentary The Tokyo Comedy Store, the Joker Face book, and in the 2014 best selling book The Humor Code (She’s listed in that book’s index next to "dead-baby joke cycle" and couldn’t be happier about it.)

"Spring's gimlet-eyed perspective on life belies her Summer of Love name, but Tokyo's most prolific comic can't hide her underlying joy of life, even while recounting darker tales of love and loss in Tokyo." -Chris Wells, Owner, Tokyo Comedy Store
