Dalia Cohen is originally from Zimbabwe, and now a business strategy advisor, an executive and life coach and aspiring writer based in London. She was the founding CEO of Cassava Connect, a financial technology business in Africa, and has held senior roles in several financial and technology firms.
Dina Nayeri is an Iranian-American novelist and non-fiction author (The Ungrateful Refugee, 2019). She’s the winner of the 2018 UNESCO City of Literature Paul Engle Prize and a 2019-2020 fellow at the Institute for Ideas and Imagination in Paris.
Heleana Blackwell is a stand-up comedian and a strategist at a leading creative agency in London. She’s the co-founder of the New Work Network, with the mission of accelerating adoption of flexible work practices.
Laura Borgo is a spumeggiante Italian living in London since 2008. By day, she works in recruiting at a financial firm. By night, you'll find her drinking prosecco, attending salsa classes, and scouring London for the most authentic pasta she can find outside of Italy.
Maria Shehata is an American stand-up comedian, actress, writer, producer and coach who appeared most recently with Bill Burr in Birmingham and will be performing soon at the Brighton Fringe, Latitude, and the Edinburgh Fringe.
Melanie Cantor is a former PR agent, celebrity manager, TV presenter and now full-time writer. Her first published novel, Death and Other Happy Endings is just out from Bantam/Penguin.
Sophia Blackwell is a performance poet, novelist and short story writer and the host of Below Stairs literary cabaret night at Blacks Club in Soho. She’s a Literary Death Match champion and Spread the Word LGBT Hero.
Victoria Dry is a former music awards organizer with a diploma in acting and currently cofounder and partner in Drydesign, a graphic design business, and SweetArt, contemporary art of iconic sweets made solely from discarded sweet wrappers.
Michael Noel (MC) is currently living between London and Wroclaw, Poland while on a mid-life gap year, doing stand-up comedy and storytelling on stages like the Moth, where he was a 2019 StorySlam champion.
