SARA BARRON: FOR WORSE (work in progress)
The ‘reigning queen of New York’s live storytelling scene” (Jon Ronson) and host of the hit U.S. storytelling show, The Moth, delivers her debut standup hour. Filthy, funny and incisive, Sara Barron skewers her husband, her child, What’s App, herself, and, notably, a tweenage sex script she wrote way back in 1992. As heard on The Guilty Feminist and BBC Radio 4 Extra. Contributor to Dave Gorman’s Modern Life is Goodish. “Darkly humorous… smart… acerbic” (Bust Magazine) “Rib-tickling” (Chicago Sun-Times) "When you're not squirming, you're laughing out loud" (L.A. Times)

Abigoliah was born in the mid-west and has a conservative southern family. She grew up to become a New York comic who migrated to London. She is a yoga instructor who loves booze. As a child she wished she was a man and now as an adult she’s become a woman of paradox’s. Do you know who she thinks she is? Because she’s still figuring it out.
