Beats Boppin' Clothes Swappin'

Thursday 15 August

In aid of leukaemia charities, please join me for a clothes swap evening

18:00 – 23:00

In aid of two leukaemia charities, I would love you to join me for a summertime Clothes Swap soiree at an open-air event space, 2Northdown, in Kings Cross on Thursday 15th August.

Come and see your jazzy shirts fought over as people look for new threads, laugh at how your friend ever considered buying that pair of jeans, and have a tipple and a boogie to a few vinyl beats.

To participate, please bring the BEST FIVE items of clothing you no longer use - so not so much the trackies you used to sleep in when you were 14, but more the jeans, shirts & skirts that have recently fallen out of favour in your wardrobe. All clothes are then free to take.

There will be nibbles and some drink provided, event kicks off at 6, so come down whenever with your old clothes, and prepare to go back home with a whole new set.

All the proceedings will be split between two charities:

1. UCLH Haematology Research fund: a centre of excellence for haematology cancers.
2. Anthony Nolan: who match blood stem cells or bone marrow donors with patients, and pioneer research to improve the chance of survival and the lives of people with the disease.

All welcome, looking forward!
