A great night of comedy, music, dance (and food) supporting mental health. An eclectic array of comedy stars mixed with insightful messages from mental health experts and politicians and live music from a range of up and coming bands. Featuring a special message from Sadiq Khan.

Comedy from stars of TV, featuring Lou Sanders – QI (BBC2), 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown (Channel 4), Hypothetical (DAVE), The Russell Howard Hour (Sky 1), Taskmaster (DAVE), 8 Out of 10 Cats (E4) and a live stand-up set on Comic Relief (BBC1) – and Katia Kvinge (‘There is an unhinged vigour which unites the many characters Kvinge launches into’ – Broadway Baby). Also featuring a set from Chunky Mark – the Artist Taxi Driver (‘His rants from behind the wheel of his cab have made him a YouTube star’ – Independent).

Music from Burning House, Butterflies on Pins and Sam Winston.

An explosive dance routine by Carnaval del Pueblo Asociación’s Cali Swing UK (Semi-finalists, Britain’s Got Talent 2018).

Keynote by Duncan McLean (Consultant Psychiatrist).

Special announcement by We are Hummingbird.

Screening of special messages from Rosena Allin-Khan, MP for Tooting and Alf Dubs, Baron Dubs, former MP for Battersea.

Also screening of a personal message of support from Sadiq Khan, Mayor of London.
